You have questions, I’ve got answers!

The process of designing a learning solution or creating a course begins with;
A discovery consultation, where I get to know you, learn about your expertise, and understand your audience
Once I have a good idea of what you hope to achieve, we will brainstorm overall goals, materials development and delivery methods, such as video, audio, e-learning and pre-designed slides, etc.
After I have scoped out the solution, I start processing the work. Throughout this process, I will keep you updated.
There are two or three review cycles. Once you are satisfied with the content or training materials support, I can hand over all the learning content or upload it to your preferred platform.
Let me know if you need any further clarification or assistance.

Face-to-face blend: This programme offers on-site or online classes with instructors, much like traditional classrooms. Participants can attend in person or via Zoom. The course includes follow-up activities and personalised learning options for additional support
Exclusive online blend: The main teaching happens online and provides a flexible and personalised learning experience. This blend type allows all learning interactions to occur online while instructors provide online support in small groups if needed
Equal proportions blend: This learning blend offers individuals the chance to learn through both online and in-class activities, split equally between both modalities
Flipped blend: This blended learning approach prioritises proactive learning by providing training materials, recordings, and presentations before in-person classes and discussions. Content is shared in advance via a learning platform or online
Enriched virtual blend: Blended learning combines online coursework with in-person or online webinars led by an instructor, providing flexibility and face-to-face interaction with the instructor while allowing participants to work at their own pace

Typically, I aim to deliver your learning content or training solution within our agreed time. However, this timeline may vary depending on the services you require, the length of your course, and other unique factors.
After our consultation, you will have a clearer picture of when your learning solution will be completed. If you have a specific deadline, I will try to meet it.
-
The simple answer is no, it does not! Once the learning solution or course is approved, you will receive all credit, intellectual property, and responsibilities.

When creating learning solutions, it is important to consider each client’s unique needs and requirements. Therefore, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to pricing.
I have a hybrid approach to pricing, some learning solutions are charged on a per day basis and others, on a per-project basis.
The fee I charge is based on the amount of time I will need to research, design, and develop your project or create your learning materials.
This approach allows me to focus on delivering the best design without being constrained by timing or budget concerns.
The fee will only change if the scope of the project changes significantly.
After our initial discussion, I will provide a customised quote that meets your needs and requirements.
