What is blended learning content and flexible learning materials?

Blended learning content and programmes combine different learning or training content types to optimise the learning experience by integrating various media, learning methods and instructional strategies.

Flexible training materials provide learning solutions that accommodate various learning styles, scheduling options, and different content lengths and locations. Great examples are blended learning programmes, hybrid training, microlearning and e-learning modules.

    Blended Learning Programme Design and Consultancy

    Blended learning and training can be designed and implemented in so many different formats such as:

    Combining face-to-face learning (in-person or virtual) and digital content or activities in varying proportions. For example;

    1. The ‘blend’ could refer to a mix of classroom methods and e-learning technology.

    2. The course or programme could be part trainer-led, other elements of the programme conducted online via webinars, mobile apps and other web-based applications

    3. It could be a face-to-face enriched blend, where most of the learning is in-person, and complemented or supplemented by online learning resources

    4. Some clients prefer an online-only blend, where all learning methods are a blend of online and digital methods conducted in different learning environments.

      Whatever the blend, I provide effective instructional design and outlines to ensure the learning experience is engaging and interactive.
